Anonymous comparison - benchmarking.

The anonymous comparison is the crowning discipline of CheckEffect, a function that not even the most sophisticated statistical program can offer. After all, only CheckEffect enables you to compare your Internet data with similar operations.

The idea to create an anonymous comparison of different key values stems – as do all good ideas –from practical experience. A hotel operator and member of the CheckEffect focus group wanted to know how high the efficiency factor of the website really was. In order to rate himself, he needed statistical data of similar operations. The remedy: CheckEffect.

Fully anonymised and not even visible for the CheckEffect programmers, six important key figures of Internet performance can be compared through a protected server. This way you find out with certainty whether an efficiency factor of the site of 0.58% is good or bad. Based in the data profile that you have filled out at the start, your data is compared anonymously with all other CheckEffect users of those operations with similar data profiles.

The six evaluation criteria:

  • Number of visitors/PC’s
  • Site impressions
  • Visitors with only one site impression
  • Efficiency factor of the search engines and referring sites
  • Duration of the user session
  • Efficiency factor of forms
  • Overall efficiency factor of the site

In the chart, the highest, lowest and your own value are clearly displayed. Your CheckEffect sales partner and the CheckEffect Coach, Manuel Ribis, will help you with the interpretation of your data.
